UAC Foods Limited is Nigeria’s leading manufacturer and marketer of tasty and nourishing convenience foods and drinks. It operates two categories namely “Snacks” and “Beverages”.

We are currently searching for a “Logistics Manager” who will be responsible for Warehousing, Production Planning, Haulage, Primary and Secondary Distribution and key support for the sales and operations planning process.
He or she will work with other professionals in Business Development and Customer Service to handle complaints and ensure support plans are in place to maintain long-term Customer Relationship.

Reporting to the General Manager – Supply Chain, the Logistics Manager will be responsible for all Logistics Operations and support across all distribution channels.

Specific Job Roles:
•Ensure proper monitoring of storage and movement of raw materials and finished goods.
•Ensure efficient management and monitoring of distribution vehicles throughout the entire distribution chain.
•Efficient and effective management of all company warehouses.
•Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information system.
•Develop the business as needed by analyzing logistical problems and developing new solutions.
•Analysing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
•Ensure proper and efficient production planning to meet company production and sales requirements.
o Build strategic alliances with service providers with a view to refocusing internally on core competencies to enhance resource refocusing internally on core competencies to enhance resource utilization
o Monitor the quality, cost and efficiency of both the movement and storage of goods.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate must:
• Have first degree in Social Sciences.
• Possess 5 years logistics experience in FMCC industry.
• Have a good knowledge of competitor and market dynamics
• Be computer literate (MS Office)

a. Hold a minimum of a B. Sc./H.N.D in Accountancy or any other Social Science.

2.) Regional Sales Managers
Duties
The ideal person shall lead the Sales and Channel Development team at the Regional level and will be responsible for delivering the Regional figures and implementing the market development plan for the region. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the applicant should:

a. Hold a minimum of a B. Pharm with not less than 3 years of high performance in Sales function.

3.) Medical Sales Representatives
Duties
The ideal person shall hold regular medical interviews, meetings, distribution and other sales/marketing activities on the company's wide range of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products at levels sufficient to achieve agreed sales targets. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the applicant should:
a. Hold a minimum of a B.Pharm.
b. Persons with first degree In Health or life Sciences and 2 years experience in Sales function are also eligible to apply.

4.) Technical Officer - Logistics (SCHARP Project) - Lagos
Duties
The ideal person shall be responsible for providing Supply Chain Management services for the SCHARP project in collaboration with AHNI funded by the United States Government/Centre for Disease Control (CDC). He/She is expected to generate and analyse Logistics Management Information Systems (LMIS) report for management and partners and provide capacity building for pharmacy staff of ART sites among others. Reporting to the Head, Programs & Supply Chain Management, the applicant should:

Qualifications
a. Hold a minimum of a B. Pharm.
b. Persons with first degree in Health or Ufe Sciences and 2 years experience in Logistics and distribution function are also eligible to apply.
c. Candidate should not be more than 3S years of age.
d. Diploma in Supply Chain Management shall be an advantage.

5.) Technical Officer - Logistics (Jos)
Duties
The ideal person shall be responsible for coordination of Logistics activities for existing programmes of CMP and provide logistics support services for routine receipts of ARVs, Ols, HeT, Laboratory Reagents to the treatment sites. He/She is expected to generate and analyse Logistics Management Information Systems (LMIS) report for management and partners. Reporting to the Head, Programs & Supply Chain Management, the applicant should:

6.) Stock Control Officer
Duties
The ideal person shall be responsible for receiving and issuing health commodities on behalf of our existing partners (SFH, CHARIS & NACA) into our warehouse and ensuring proper documentation.
He/She is expected to ensure proper arrangement and good condition of the commodities.
Reporting to the Technical Officer-Logistics the applicant should:

a. Hold a minimum of a B.Sc./HND in Accountancy, Business Administration or any other Social Sciences with not less than 2 years experience in warehousing function.

Job Description:

• Direct supervision of outsourced security guards attached to the branches

• Monitor and ensure armed police presence in the branch as requested by management
• Coordinate emergency response activities in the branch
• Where required, effect the arrest of any persons who may have acted criminally against the interest of the bank
• Provide basic customer service assistance to customers within the banking hall under the supervision of the branch head.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must be holders of OND (Minimum Lower Credit) with 2 years working experience in the security industry / SSCE with 5 years working security experience
