The main responsibility is to assess market opportunities, evaluate the business to realize its full potential.

Location: (Minna Based)

Performance Driven: This job has sales targets while the Business Unit is measured based on profit/loss indices Each Business Unit of each Business Development manager will be self-sustaining

Basic Requirements:
•Qualification- Candidates must possess a minimum of good first degree in relevant fields.
•An MBA Will be an added advantage.
Experience:
•Candidates should have at least 5 years post NYSC job-related experience.

Compensation: meets and surpasses industry standard.


2. Content Designer: Ref no: CD/06/12
Location: Lagos
Duration: Part-Time

Job Description:
•Designing and development of 20 and 3D art and animation
•Responsible for computer-based training, e-learning. or another form of student-controlled learning

Basic Requirements:
•Candidates must have BSC/HND degree and a minimum of 2 years direct experience in graphic design
•The ability to interact well with clients (internal and external) is desired, as the candidate will also work directly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in creating original artwork, re-purposing existing graphics, and recommending graphic design strategies to meet requirements
•Candidate must be able to produce professional quality graphics and animations, read storyboards, and coordinate graphic design aspects of final products.
•Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Macromedia Flash, HTML, CSS, Adobe in Design and Microsoft Office application control experience is required.
•Advanced skills in Flash animation and action scripting, 2D and 3D graphic design, 2D and 3D animation are desired.
•As a graphic artist, you will be expected to keep abreast of new software/technologies in your field.
•Experience with SCORM, learning management systems, video editing, programming, and technical writing would be a plus.
•Position requires artistic creativity, experience in page layout, use of color, and general design principles to convey technical content in engaging learning products using a variety of learning modalities (auditory, visual, tactile).
•Candidate must possess excellent organizational, planning, and communications skills
