Responsibilities
Reports to Operations Manager
Line management of all Offshore Operational personnel directly involved in the contract or project including the organization of annual leave, crew changes and travel and welfare plans
Generating from contract reviews mobilization plans in conjunction with the Technical Director ensuring that all personnel and materials are available at the correct times and locations to enable projects to be undertaken in a professional manner

Qualifications/Skills/Experience & Personal Attributes Required:
Degree qualified in an Engineering or Sciences
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in offshore engineering or construction with 3 years being at Supervisor level
An in-depth knowledge of offshore engineering techniques used in support of offshore & subsea operations including overseeing the mobilization and commissioning process required to bring an ROV system to an operational state
Wide-ranging Engineering skills and knowledge
Thorough understanding of International. National and local Legislation and the effects that it has upon the areas of the company’s operations
Must have excellent organizational capabilities, self-motivated with excellent Client facing communication skills
