1. Design Engineer
Job Requirement
•Candidates must possess B.Sc/HND in Civil Engineering
•Experience in Pile Load Test
•Proficiency in AutoCAD
•5 years working experience

4. Quantity Surveyors
Job Description:
•Preparation of Bill of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation (BEME) for Civil engineering project such as Roads, Bridges, Pilling work, irrigation, dam, cofferdam etc.
•Preparation of Bill of Quantities for new buildings industrial buildings, public buildings, renovation and rehabilitation works.
•Preparation of valuations, interim certificates final certificates for Civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, pilling work, dams, irrigation, cofferdams etc.
•Preparation of interim valuations and final account for building project.
•Preparation of Variation of price (VOP) for Civil engineering project such as roads, bridges etc
•Preparation of variation/fluctuation claims for building projection of unit rates for Civil engineering and building project.
•Evaluation and analysis of Bill of engineering measurement (BEME) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for Buildings.
•Preparation of program of works for civil engineering project and building works.
•Preparation of material schedule for project.
•Proficiency in the use of the following computer application; Microsoft office and Microsoft project.
•In addition to the above requirements, the candidate should be innovative, creative and proactive in the discharge of his/her responsibilities. He/she must be able to work under pressure and without supervision.
•A minimum of Six (6) years post-qualification experience.
Requirements:
•Bachelor degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Quantity Surveying.
•A membership of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors will be an added advantage.

5. Business Development Manager (Oil & Gas)
Location: Lagos
Job Purpose:
•Developing and pursing new opportunities for the purpose of promoting and marketing the Oil and Gas business of the company to the various Oil and Gas majors in the domestic and international markets amongst others.
Key Responsibilities:
•Ensure prequalification of the organization with existing and potential customers, to enable us to be in a position to bid for projects within our sphere of capabilities.
•Maximize contact with key accounts, key contacts and other critical people at various client organizations and focus efforts to obtain new work and generation of new enquiries for the business.
•To ensure that the enquiries are screened and to determine a sales strategy, risk identification, profit potential and analysis, and to ensure communication of customer needs and expectations between the company and the client.
•Ensure liaison with other departments as appropriate in relation to proposals, projects, legal, financing tax, or other issue.
•Provide inputs to management based on market information to enable the organization to develop capability in areas to give us strategic leverage for future projects.
•Gather and analyze market intelligence for new projects and opportunities.
•Other duties that are assigned
Skills:
•Minimum Qualifications: A first degree in Business Admiration. Masters degree in the relevant area an added advantage.
•Minimum Experience: 6years in the business development function in an oil and Gas establishment.
Job-Specific Skills:
•Exceptional customer awareness and sales skills in the business development and marketing aspects in the oil and gas industry with ability to market services to the venous oil companies.
•Conversant in modern computer aided planning technologies and Operations Management processes.

6. Civil Engineers
Job Description:
•Minimum of six (6) years demonstrable practical experience in roads, bridges, building general civil works.
•Professional membership of the Nigeria society of engineers and registration with C.O.R.E.N is compulsory.
•Computer proficiency in design packages e.g. Staad pro, Orion, AutoCAD, land Der, Microsoft suite etc will be an added advantage
Requirements:
•First Degree from accredited institution of higher learning/University- B.Sc, HND in civil engineering.

7. Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:
•Minimum of six (6) years practical experience in building construction
•Must have H.V.A.C experience
Requirements:
•First Degree from accredited institution of higher learning/University- B.Sc., HND in Mechanical Engineering.

8. Land Surveyors
Job Description:
•Minimum of six (6) years practical experience on engineering survey related to roads, bridges, building and general civil works.
•The use of total station is compulsory and must be computer literate
Requirements:
•A First Degree from an Accredited institution of higher learning /university-B.Sc, or HND in Land surveying
